Schroon Lake with our Cousins- Chapter 3

We made our annual trip to Schroon Lake with Celia and Harper. It was wonderful trip. We were able to spend some quality time with Susan and Gary and really enjoy the Adirondacks. The kids had a blast being with their cousin- Harper. She is fearless- jumping off the dock, swimming out in the lake without a life preserver and riding wave runners. Go Harper!!!

Gary filled the bottom of the canoe with water and then kept shaking the boat- they had a blast with all of the lake water rushing around them.

Waverunners- in one word a BLAST. Each year the kids want to go faster and faster- they love these things!

Canoe rides with Max. What a nice life he has...right??

Paddle boarding- one of Henry's favorite things to do!

Harper discovered her love for the PRINGLE!!!

Max hanging out on the dock!

Sisters- what a great time we had!

The Cousins (minus Graham)!!

The Ladies

Thank you Susan and Gary for opening up your camp to us every year! A summer wouldn't be complete with out this visit!

Our Cousins come to visit...Chapter 2

My sister and her children arrived a few weeks ago from Colorado. We had a quick visit with them in Stockbridge, MA. Lunch at the Red Lion Inn was incredible!

YaYa with Emma and Henry.

Our Cousins come to visit...Chapter 1

John's sister (Laura) and her boys came for a visit a few weeks ago (I am so behind on posts that it is overwhelming). We had such a wonderful time with them over the week. There was lots of swimming, eating, shopping, laughing, and a fun day at Kimball Farm. It was so hot that day I thought we were all going to melt as the kids played a round of miniature golf.

We shopped that Nordstrom Semi- Annual sale like nobody's business.

So much fun- mini-golf, bumper boats, lunch, driving range, arcade and to top it all off...the BEST ice cream in the world!

Can't wait to see you guys next year!

Crazy Hair Day and the last day of school

Emma and Henry had their last day of school on June 17th....they actually missed their two final days because of our vacation plans. We never expected to have 4 snow days in one year..

Henry's last day was Crazy Hair Day and Emma was kind enough to let him borrow her favorite wig......he looked great.

So he went from this look in the morning to to this look many hours and miles later in Munich's airport on our way to Provence. He was thrilled to be dining on sausages..... what a way to start our trip abroad.

I will be doing many posts from our trip over the next few days.....it was incredible
